"Wish I could leave NO stars. During Christmas, they left me for FOUR DAYS without ANY heat on the main floor of my house, while telling me that they would come out the next, each day. Then on DAY FIVE, I was told that they REFUSED to do service on the unit because they had overpriced the installation of that particular unit by several THOUSAND dollars (needless to say, I had another company install it). Even though they had installed two other units in my home, they would not come out to service ANY unit. Now, after almost a week where my family, pets and I haven't been able to use the main section of my house (during Christmas), I'm having to scramble to find a new company. Inexcusable! I was never rude to them. I was extremely understanding and this is how they treat their loyal customers. I would not recommend them. Please save your money and deal with a decent, reputable company that appreciates their customers and treats them with respect. "

"Customer service is what sets any business apart from the rest of the competition. I had such an amazing experience with Swann Mechanical that I felt compelled to share why I will never contact anyone else for HVAC services in the future. I contacted Swann Mechanical with an air conditioning outage by leaving a message before working hours asking to contact me for service. I received a call within minutes of the start of the working day from a technician that started the trouble shooting process immediately over the phone to speed the resolution process. I was amazed at the level of knowledge and experience the technician exhibited over the phone without even being able to see my system and that knowledge led to diagnosing the problem within 15 minutes of arriving on site. Having walked through the troubleshooting over the phone before arriving on site to perform the service allowed the technician to come prepared with any parts for my system that might need to be replaced on the truck and and my air conditioning system was cooling again within an hour after the technician arrived. Please don't hesitate to contact Swann Mechanical for your HVAC service needs and believe me when I say the customer experience will be so awesome you too will want to write a review and tell all your friends and cohorts that Swann Mechanical is not only who you contact for HVAC service but who you call for a great experience and lifetime HVAC related needs."

"I am a retired home builder, and general contractor and have had plenty of experiences throughout my career with HVAC contractors but none like Swann Mechanical. I chose them to do my personal home and not having any past experiences with them I had questions about their work, company etc. From the very first phone call I was given all the time and attention I needed to answer any and all questions I had. Alexandria in their office could not be more professional and top notch, so helpful at all times of the day! Everyone in their group from Tyson Swann to all their field staff are professional and more importantly know what they are doing. I rarely do this type of review or comment but they deserve it!
